    Hello!

I made a custom forgotten password page, because some things didn’t look good on my custom made My Account page.

The problem I’m facing is that I get the email, which I created in this plugin, and the link the customer gets just leads to the “Enter your username or email, so you can get the link to reset your password” and it’s just an endless loop.

Here I got the code and everything to create a custom forgotten password page. The answer I followed is from Polar.

In step 4 he changed some code from WooCommerce’s default email notification, so it would work the way it’s supposed to.

I added the password reset email from Kadence to my Child Theme, however, I don’t know what I’m supposed to change so the link would actually be functional.

    Kind regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @hannahritner

I actually fixed it already. The problem was that I had custom login and registration forms made with the Forminator plugin. I tried another plugin for overriding WooCommerce’s login and registration page, and now it works just like it should.

    Thank you and kind regards
