Sorry, where exactly did you notice the new ID? Did you mean under Forminator > Submissions in the plugin page? or do you mean there aren’t any data under Forminator > Submissions? or are you referring to the emails not getting sent?
If it’s regarding an issue when submitting a form, do you get any errors when submitting the form?
Please do explain further about the issue you are noticing, so that we could have a better idea.
