Unable to detect valid feed configuration

I check the logs and I get the error “Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID”

I deleted the catalog I had and started over again and I still get the same issue. Could this be a problem with Product Variations?

Could you please share with us the following information:

Your site’s System Status Report so that we can get a better picture of your configuration

You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

A copy of the logs with the error message “Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID”

As the logs may contain some information you do not feel comfortable sharing publicly, please feel free to redact them 🙂

Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the System Status Report. It seems you’re using an older version of the Facebook extension (2.6.1).

Can you please try updating it to the latest version (2.6.10) and confirm if you’re still seeing the same behavior when you attempt to sync products as per the instructions under https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/?
