Where it’s being used

Is there any way to know where a specific block is being used? Even if needs to run queries on the database.

I’m almost sure two of my blocks aren’t being used anywhere and I want to discontinue them in favor of other blocks. So I need to remove them completely so other editors don’t use them again, but before doing that I must be sure it’s not being used anymore so nothing breaks.
