Variations stuck on loading none stop

Hi I am having same issues with Variations products. Whenever I am trying to edit my variable products, it just keep loading continuously. This issues was encountered after I updated new version of Woocommerce.

Thanks for reaching out.

I tried opening a couple of variable products on your site and both loaded fine – it seems to be happening only in the backend while trying to edit, as you mentioned.

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup and to know what plugins are in use on the site, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Hello,

You can perform a conflict test, please follow these steps below:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Repeat the action that is causing the problem

Hi I am having same issues with Variations products. Whenever I am trying to edit my variable products, it just keep loading continuously. This issues was encountered after I updated new version of Woocommerce.

Hey @mitesh15,

Can you confirm you have done a conflict test disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and changing the theme to Storefront? Still not working?

If this affects your live site you’d probably want to revert to the previous WooCommerce version. Use the plugin WP Rollback for this.

The next step, create a staging site with the free WP Staging plugin. Deactivate all plugins (except WooCommerce updated to the latest version) and change the theme to Storefront on your staging site. Send us the system status report of your staging site and we’ll go from there.
