Hi @testthat,
You should be able to change this information under Complianz > Wizard > General > Website information.
Let me know if that works for you!
Kind regards,
Jarno
Thank you for your quick answer. But, unfortunately, it’s not there anymore..I just can choose the country there. I get this issue on another website too after updating the plugin
When checking the page you posted, this is not generated by Complianz, so the data will need to be edited in the plugin you used for this policy.
Hope this helps.
It is! Its just down at the bottom
Hi @testthat,
Is it possible that you have set the Cookie Policy document to “No document” instead of “Generated by Complianz” under Wizard > General > Documents?
Kind regards,
Jarno
Yes, but if i change it the settings still do not show up
I can’t reproduce your issue. If I set the cookie policy in the “documents” section to “generated by Complianz”, then go to “website information”, I get the address field, owner of the website, etc. Only if I set all documents to either a custom document or no document, the fields disappear.
If you export your settings, in complianz/settings/export, and email the resulting json to support(at)complianz.io, I can import your settings, and take a look.
Please refer to this thread so we know what thread it relates to.
Ok thank you, i have send you that file
Can you reproduce this issue?
I also have a problem on another site..i cant save the button-style:
*All the other plugins are deactivated
Do you have a solution for that?
Hi @testthat,
Excuse me for the delayed response, as the thread had already been resolved for some time I seem to have missed your reply.
Does the site experiencing that issue have the most recent version of the plugin installed? Because so far, we haven’t received other reports of this issue.
If this does issue persist while having a default WordPress Theme, and no plugins except Complianz activated:
Perhaps you could also open Chrome DevTools whilst visiting the Cookie Banner settings page, to see if this contains any errors that could point us in the right direction?
Kind regards,
Jarno
Hello, strange because the thread wasn’t resolved. Have you looked into the json files I send you?
The plugin is updated and I do not get any errors in the console
If an issue can’t be reproduced, and the thread is silent for a week, we close the it, which shows as ‘resolved’, which is why it’s now on resolved. I’ll set it to unresolved again.
We haven’t been able to find the json file you sent, maybe it’s ended up in the spam folder somehow. Can you re-send it, with the link to this thread so we know where it belongs to?
Then I’ll import your settings, and see if I can reproduce it with your settings.
