We’d have to check if you implemented the custom field correctly (which we are unable to do so over these forums), and your screenshot seems to reference the og:title field. You might have to check the <title> field and see if it’s the same scenario where it isn’t picking up the product category where that product is assigned to?

Its same for all Title and Description. I can’t add product category name to title or description.
I added %%ct_product_cat%% to title and description but its not working. I just need to add this variable right? Do i need to do anything to activate this variable or something?

Just to clarify, are you adding the %%ct_product_cat%% snippet variable to a product that is assigned to a category, or are you adding it in the product category itself?
Could you provide us with an example URL so we can try and check on this further?

Thanks for getting back to me. I solved this issue with support at yoast.
They told me %%ct_product_cat%% is only working on product pages to get product category name. When filling seo information on product category i need to use term_title.

We’re glad to hear that you were able to solve the issue! Yes, the %%ct_product_cat%% works on product pages and pulls the product categories that it is assigned to, which is why we were asking if the snippet variable was being used in the product page or in the product category itself. Sorry if it wasn’t very clear in our last response.
