    Hello there, hoping you all have a great day!

    I am wondering if you could help me with woocommerce order status. Starting a week ago the orders paid by money wire transfer that I usually manually change to completed when shipped, are going back to processing a few hours later. And I cant seem to find how to keep them as completed causing duplicate shippings at my warehouse and clients getting confused by emails.

    Will appreciate any help!

    I am sure it’s on your radar but it’s expected that an order paid by wire transfer has the status set as processing.

    As mentioned on our Managing Orders documentation, this is the shop owner or warehouse’s cue to ship the order and manually mark it as completed.

    That said, if I understood you correctly, there’s where the issue comes, right? You’re not able to change its status to complete?

    To help me diagnose it when you navigate to your WordPress DashBoard > WooCommerce > Orders, what happens when you click on Complete under the Actions column?

    If you’re not seeing the Actions column you can click on the Screen Options, on the right top corner, and then check the boxes for the columns to show!

    Maybe I didnt explain myself correctly. I do understand that an order paid by wire transfer has the status set as processing. And that my warehouse must change it to completed. The thing is that after all that goes and we do ship the order and change it to completed, a few hours later the system changes it back to processing.

    It does it like 3 or 4 hours later. And I go back and change it back to completed, and again a few hours later it appears as processing again. It only happens with the wire transfer payment method, but it started a few days ago.

    Our website and shop has been running since last june and this never happened before.

    Thank you for clarifying. I’d suggest running a conflict test to rule out any plugin/theme conflict. The best way to do this is to temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and create a test order with bank transfer. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    If you don’t want to test on your live site, you can create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/
