It is possible to sell cables as product via your plugin?

I need to sell cables in meters. How to do it? My idea is…
I have 100m on my store. I want to order 10meters only so I just add 10peaces to my basket. After order I should have just 90meters on my store… As you see it is like classical product but it is USD/Meters.

Most plugins create table with length count and add just one peace of product with note how much of length…. this is not what i looking for
