Idiot changed install folder

Like a complete t**t, I for some inexplicable reason changed the settings for http://blogname.co.uk to http://www.blogname.co.uk.

Now funnily enough I get a blank screen when I access the site and cant get back to wp-admin to change it back.

Could someone take pity and offer some suggestions please.
