WP Search with Algolia breaks filtering

    I’m using the ListingHive theme and the HivePress plugin for create a directory site. For improve searching I installed the WP Search with Algolia plugin as a result it breaks custom filters (writing that Nothing found). When I disable plugin the filters start working. What could be the problem, can this be fixed somehow?

    Chances are there’s conflict with whatever is providing the filtering and potentially a clash of interest regarding the topic of filtering. Algolia’s services would be providing their own filtering capabilities and if you’re making the search powered by algolia, that would have it overtake WordPress’ and whatever setup HivePress offers around the topic.

    Hard to say which is going to actually be better for the site, and it’s possible that there’s not a huge amount of gain to be had with the integration.
