Can I add a point in the title of the topic in Word Press?
You mean like a “bullet” point similar to list items?

I want to type the following URL in the Post:
http://www.url.com/blog/wordpress.org
I can not it!
Is converted to:
http://www.url.com/blog/wordpress-org
Ahh … I see what you are referring to. WordPress is replacing the “dot” with a hyphen in the URL.
In its default formats this will always happen … I tried testing with the encoded HTML value %2E (dot) and ran up against a serious redirect fail.
You can’t have a dot (.) in a permalink.
