Hi, I just installed Hummingbird and am receiving this message:

The performance test didn’t return any results. This could be because you’re on a local website (which we can’t access) or something went wrong trying to connect with the testing API. Give it another go and if the problem persists, please open a ticket with our support team.
```
stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure
stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto
stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://wpmudev.com:443 (Unknown error)
```

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Could you please verify if the WPMU DEV IPs https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/wpmu-dev-ip-addresses/ are allowed in your firewall?

I think you’ll need to get in touch with your host as well.

The “stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto” error suggests that there’s some issue with certificate on your server side – it might be invalid/expired or is not correctly implemented. In general, the error is from PHP on your server, not really on targer (our) end.

You’d need to make sure that server-side/OpenSSL certification is fine.
