404 redirecting to webadmin.php

i’m having an issue with the 404 page… or maybe its something else causing this issue.

Instead of showing 404 when entering a wrong url, the webadmin.php is shown instead…. It pretty much allows anyone to delete stuff from my server folder.. What is this webadmin.php page???
