SSL Certificate Error

We are getting the error:
“PayPal-Pro gateway requires SSL certificate for better security. The Secure checkout option is disabled on your site. Please ensure your server has a valid SSL certificate so you can enable the SSL option on your checkout page”

The site has a secure certificate across all pages and there is no force SSL option against the checkout page.

Customers are getting a ‘The IP Address provided is invalid.’ warning.

I can not find a way to fix this error and we are loosing sales.

It is odd that the site has a secure certificate across all pages yet this error is generated.

There are a few similar threads on this topic. Can you try the solutions described on the threads below to see if it works in your case?

I have set the woocommerce_force_ssl_checkout in WP_OPTIONS table to yes, but still not working.

Hi @kittyo1

Which PayPal plugin are you using? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
