Can’t change slug

Hi,

All my service pages have unique names. However, some of the slugs have auto-updated to include a numbered suffix, like -2 or -3. I’ve tried purging the cache, I’ve checked my media library for images of the same name (there are none), and I haven’t created any posts so there are no categories or tags with the same slug or permalink.

Every time I change the slug and save it, it just reverts back to the -2 or -3 version. Why is this happening and more importantly… how can I fix it?
