Recent updates causing checkout issues

Since recent plugin and wordpress updates the payment process during checkout is throwing an uncaught exception error in the log and we are now receiving failed, canceled and duplicate orders in our woocommerce store. Our CardConnect/Cardpointe reps told us to submit a ticket. See log error below:
