That looks more like a hosting problem to me. Your blog is refusing to load the stylesheets and several other required files, yet if I visit the URLs from the source directly, they work perfectly. Something on the server’s end is preventing these required files from loading with your blog.

Additionally, it appears that you are only allowing certain IPs access to your admin directory, which is a good security measure, but when used overzealously can cause a lot of conflicts. In this case, you could be inadvertently blocking your server’s IP, which could be why you can’t load the required files along with your blog.

Thanks @macmanx. So, how would I fix this? Or, should I let my hosting company know and they will understand what you said?

If there’s a .htaccess file in the /wp-admin/ , /wp-content/ , and /wp-includes/ directories, try renaming it to htaccess (remove the dot). If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact your hosting provider.
