    I have installed wordpress on my site in a subdomain http://blog.enigma.hostei.com/ so I uploaded all the files to the blog folder on my hosters server. I can login and post an entry however when I go to my blog some links like ‘comments’ and ‘tags’ Don’t work.

    Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If that works, then contact your hosts and check that mod_rewrite is running. Currently none of your links appear to be working.
