Could you please let us know if the issue still persists after theme update (latest release is Version 1.2.7)? Also, if it is possible, make sure to disable third party plugins one by one in order if there is some incompatibility with Bold Builder which is causing the issue. I know how to update WordPress default themes but I’m not sure how to update a custom theme. Could you point me in the right direction please?
I have FTP access and I’ve downloaded the new OxigenoVersion: 1.2.7. Should I just overwrite the oxigeno folder? Is it that simple?

Updated and went through the plugins 1 by 1. Still no luck. I can’t edit Icons, Separators and Buttons. I’ve cleared cache on my PC, cloudflare and tried on Edge, Chrome and other PCs.
Anymore ideas?
Just to confirm the error is still unresolved.
Thank you for the update 4.1.7 to Bold Builder. I am now able to edit Separators however I’m still not able to update new or existing Buttons and Icons. Could you confirm that a fix is in the works please?

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to recreate the mentioned issue in our environment with Buttons and Icons editing (checked with latest theme version and Bold Builder plugin).
Also, we are to allowed to assist with premium themes here, so please consider contacting us via our support system for premium themes (since it could be that the update process is causing this). Thanks in advance for understanding.
Is there an issue with your premium support? I created a ticket but yet to get a response.
Got tired of waiting for any meaningful response so I hired a team from https://my.fixed.net/ and they solved in the day.
If anyone is reading this don’t bother renewing the Bold Page Builder premium support. They took my money, made the ticket private and never responded. I’ll happily change this post if they can offer me a refund. Very disappointed.

Also, regarding refund – please feel free to request a refund for Premium theme, we will approve it – but also note that your obligation is to remove our premium theme from your site (about the rule read here and here or contact Envato team for more details/clarification).
