Spanish and English?

My default language is English, so my widget and shortcodes automatically display the weather in English. But I’d like to display things in Spanish as well. So I duplicated the shortcode on my page, but then added language=”es” to the code. But that version still displays in English. It looks like your instructions tell me how to change the language of my whole site. Is there a way to keep my site language set to English but offer a Spanish version of the weather info?
