Everything looks fine to me – you’ll need to be more specific about what is wrong.
And/or provide a screenshot.
Another thing, when I am logged in to the dashboard the site loads fine. But if I am not logged in, it is broken. I have tried disabling plugins and clearing the cache.

I am sorry I didn’t make the question clear. I am getting broken page when I visit this link: https://theincarceratedchristian.com/
But when I visit https://theincarceratedchristian.com/home/ it is okay. If I change the home page to https://theincarceratedchristian.com/home/ it also shows broken layout.
I see broken (404 error) CSS files named like
https://theincarceratedchristian.com/wp-content/cache/min/1/8ea8a56504bd1ccac428a0253ddb27b8.css
What plugin are you using to cache/optimize your CSS? It looks like wp-rocket. You’ll need to adjust its settings. You’re using a commercial/premium plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

You have 404 errors on a lot of file. 6 to be specific.
They are all being thrown from your cache.
On your broken page for example, the castos-player.js file is being delivered from:
https://theincarceratedchristian.com/wp-content/cache/min/1/wp-content/plugins/seriously-simple-podcasting/assets/js/castos-player.js?ver=1630266541
while on your working page it is being delivered from:
https://theincarceratedchristian.com/wp-content/plugins/seriously-simple-podcasting/assets/js/castos-player.js
Clear your cache, and some overall advice imo is to turn off all your cache plugins while your site is under development.

I have disabled WP rocket settings and also disable the wp rocket plugin too. But no luck, it is still the same.
