Thanks for creating a new thread as requested.
a) I noticed that issue is not consistent. I came across a few products where the decimal is showing alright. For example:

This unusual behavior indicates a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If you don’t want to run the test on your live production site, you can create a duplicate/staging site. Many hosting providers offer site staging facilities, but if you don’t have such a feature, you can create one with the WP Staging plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/.
b) Are you using a plugin for the mini product page pop ups? It is not a default feature of WooCommerce. Also, just to check – are you getting the mini product page pop up even when the Products By Attributes & Variations for WooCommerce plugin is disabled? I found that the pop up is not showing up for all variable products.
c) This can be best answered by the plugin developer. You may want to get in touch with their support desk.

I’ve just disable all the plugins and theme, but still can not find which plugin conflict with my product table. All the 3 issues are still exist.

We would reiterate that the best way out at this point is to check whether the issue persists when you change to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront, and deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce. Please let us know if the problems persist still.
If you’ve already done the complete conflict testing as suggested above, then please share a current copy of your site’s System Status so that we can get a better idea of your setup. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
