    Hey.

For some reason the “Wordfence” plugin isn’t backed up fully; the file

    /wordfence/js/jquery.tmpl.min.1643748814.js

    and

    /wordfence/modules/login-security/js/jquery.tmpl.min.1643748814.js

(essentially copies of the same file) are always missing from the backup.

This happens on all sites we maintain, across service/hosting providers, and even on our local DEV server.

    How can I troubleshoot this?

Hey. Any status updates on this?

I know this is likely low-priority (boo hoo, I need to re-upload Wordfence after a restore), but I’d just like to point out that if there’s some issue with backing up a random(?) file, there’s no guarantee that any files will get backed up reliably (after all – why that file? why not any other one?).

    Hello @ellmanncreative
Sorry about the delayed response, in your job config, please go to Exclude from backup section, then remove .tmp extension and it should work!

    I see…

Well, here’s hoping for a speedy fix for this, as it’s clearly something in filename matching that’s probably affecting more than just .tmpl files…

    Hello @ellmanncreative
yes, already informed our devs about that!
    Thank you!
