Unfortunately this issue remains: the form I created doesn’t want to save. From time to time it does, but most of the time it doesn’t. 🙁

The plugin should work fine with WP 5.9. Is this still an ongoing issue? If yes, please check whether you get the same problem if you create a default “Contact Us” form and click publish?
This would help rule out that the issue might be more specific to one specific form you are trying to save.
If default forms work fine, and if you can confirm the issue is specific only to one of the forms, could you please share the form export to investigate the issue further?
