duplicate emails sent to customer

Woocommerce duplicates all emails sent related to an order.
I checked the order notes and it also has duplicate order notes

for example :

Stripe charge complete (Charge ID: )
February 1, 2022 at 9:43 am

Order status changed from Pending payment to Processing.

has anyone had such weird behavior ?
all my site is ready except for that and I have searched for over a week now

please help me if you can !

Hi @mikevem75

This happens mostly when there is another plugin which is also triggering a notification.

In order for us to get a better idea of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thank you for your reply. Looking at your system status, nothing stands out as an issue at this point. I’d suggest running a test next to see if the issue is coming from a theme/plugin conflict.
