Hi @mstudioil
Thank you for reaching out.
Could you try adding a cookie event and set the cookie time in the trigger settings? Please increase the minutes to give way to users to not show the popup immediately.
For more details, we suggest checking the article:
‘Cookies’ option settings – https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/358-popup-settings-box-cookies-option-settings
I hope that helps. Let us know how it goes, or if you have questions.
Thanks, I will try it.
Can you explain more how do I set the popup to open automatically and always be opened even if the user close it?
I saw the cookie on the setting, but is it for disable the opening?

Hello @mstudioil,
To clear up confusion, if you want to control the showing frequency of the popup then you can create a cookie to the popup.
Now, if you want the popup to show every minute after the user closed it then we suggest you to create a cookie event of On Popup Close and set the cookie time to only 1 minute. Then, another important setting is that you will need to set the cookie name to the Trigger settings to be able to make it work. See this demo screenshot from my test site: https://share.getcloudapp.com/GGuWKk6E And, that will do the trick.
Could you please try that and let us know if that works for you?
Hope this helps.
If you have further question, let us know.
Have a great day!
You are welcome, @mstudioil! 😊
We hope everything goes well for you.
Cheers!
