Displaying fields depending on Variation Attribute Value

I’m trying to find a solution for a coworking space that rents spaces or chairs with different time ranges (hours, half day, day, month)

Is it possible to create several fields with different behaviors (like a Month field asking for a start date and forcing the end date to be start+30/60/90, or a Half Day Field asking for a date, starting at 9am OR at 2pm), and then assigning one of these fields to each variation (whether automatically or manually at product creation) ?
