Excellent plugin for dynamic forms

Would recommend even for building conditional logic forms (hide/show field dependetly on other fields). But it has its limit, as the logic becomes more advanced, it could become ineffective and time consuming. If you are trying to build something really complicated I would recommend using Javascript for that
