    If you go to the above website and login inside it after logging in you will receive an activation mail link. Once you click on activate your account you will see this error.

    I’m not sure I follow what you’re saying.

    Why is an “activation link” being sent AFTER logging in?

    And is this about creating a NEW account or logging in to an EXISTING account that has logged in previously?

    WordPress, by default, doesn’t send any such “activation link” for existing accounts when logging in.

    If this is about creating a NEW account, are you, the administrator, able to login?
