Contact forms disappeared from backend

    Hi,

    On the contact page, there is an error where the form should be: [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]

    I realise that the most obvious reason would be that the shortcode could be wrong but when I went to check the forms in WordPress in the backend, there were no more contact forms. I have no idea what could’ve happened to it as I surely didn’t delete it. Please advise.

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    I’m seeing the same issue here. Contact forms disappeared and show 404 in the frontend.

    Already disabled most plugins, but not success.

    Needed plugins still enabled are: Slider Revolution, Bunyad widgets and shortcodes, WPBakery (all three from theme).

    You already resolved your issue, Ingrid?
