geo targeting problem – insecure script from api.ipstack

Hello,
I have a problem with the geo targeting function. It´s seems that something with the api.ipstack is wrong.

Here is the complete answere of the chrome console:
Mixed Content: The page at ‘https://www.tosstec.com/shop1/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script ‘http://api.ipstack.com/check?access_key=8c719dd25859fc7b998b259d9cf5d008&callback=jQuery360034562848698479387_1643373324057&_=1643373324058’. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
