Is anyboy having the same problem with the support??

I have a page for which I bought the plugin for I have been using it for less than a month but I have spent more time attending a ticket that I sent them than the plugin working, the plugin has not worked for me and I have been waiting for 2 days for them to respond to the ticket but nothing yet

My support doesn’t have ticket numbers, so are we talking about WP-Members (support through https://rocketgeek.com)? Or maybe you’re in the wrong forum?
