I found this page on a prior post:
https://getwpo.com/how-to-increase-website-speed-with-wp-optimize-plugin/
But, I am using WP Super Cache and EWWW image optimizer. Can I turn on the image optimizer and cache along with these other plugins?
I made a backup prior to running the optimizer, but I deleted it after speed rating went down thinking it was because of the backup file size, so I can’t restore the old database.

@qtn8 I’d suggest to turn off other two plugins and follow the steps as given in the link below: https://getwpo.com/how-to-increase-website-speed-with-wp-optimize-plugin/
Then wait for some time and check the score on GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.

Hi Harshad,
Thanks for getting back to me. It did improved when I deactivated those plugins and followed the steps provided. It went back close to the original rating but not better.
It appeared WP Super Cache may caused the conflict, so I uninstalled it. However, can I still use the EWWW image optimizer together with WP-O? or how should I change the WP-O setting so it won’t cause conflict?
Thanks for your help,
@qtn8 I would suggest to either use WP-Optimize for image compression or EWWW as there might be conflict with compression of images if both the plugins are active.
