Footer Background Image doesn’t seem to work no matter what i tried.

Is there an issue or something is wrong in my installation?

For this first of all add a background image then change the overlay color and save the settings, you can also following screenshot link – https://prnt.sc/26iw8pc

Thanks but as i posted, it doesn’t work. No image. No matter what.
