403 Forbidden Error inside Dashboard

My website loads up perfectly fine untill i log in inside the URL/wp-admin
Whenever i click on a tool like ‘pages’, ‘plugins’ etc. on the left hand side, it gives me the damn: Error occurred: 403 – forbidden.

Ive tried the cache, permissions, deactive plugins/themes and many more options to solve the problem but no luck. My host provider ( Hostnet ) has not located the problem and i’ve been figuring it out online but nothing is working. So i hope someone can help me out.
