GST Not calculating properly

Hi,
My tax rate is flat 12% https://prnt.sc/26grmio is the screenshot but while putting order after changing the its not calculating tax rate as defined https://prnt.sc/26grotz. Please help in solving this issue

Hi @ambrishdaisy,
Can you move the general 12% IGST rate to the bottom, deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and change the theme to Storefront? See if it works with this setup, if not reach out with a screenshot of your shipping settings and your system status report so that we can have a closer look.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Just to confirm, have you moved the general rate of 12% to the bottom and it didn’t work or you couldn’t move it to the bottom?
