    Hello,

    When you are in “Statistics > Stocks”, it is possible to download the list of stocks via a button. This list is sent by email:

    I would like to change the email address of the export destination.
    Currently it is my email address (site admin) that receives them while I would like it to be my customer (who is also admin role)

    The link contained in the email looks like :
    website-adresse.fr/wp-admin/?action=woocommerce_admin_download_report_csv&filename=wc-stock-report-export-16421720730052

    We notice a certain action named “woocommerce_admin_download_report_csv” (maybe useful ?)

    Any idea how to change the recipient of stock exports?

    As you mentioned, it is possible to download the list of stocks via a button.

    But there is no inbuilt way in WooCommerce to send this downloaded report via email.

    Are you using any plugin or some custom code to achieve that? This information will be helpful towards understanding the requirement better. Please let us know.

    I don’t know, on my end, on the other Woocommerce sites I develop, I always have a black button that appears (Capture) “Your stock report will be emailed to you”.

    And I don’t see any link between my plugins on the different sites.
    It’s still classic (WpRocket, Yoast, Woocommerce, Akismet..)

    Got your point. You are only referring to the default sending of the reports over email.

    I understand that the other person is also a site admin.

    The report will go to the email address provided at Settings → Administration Email Address. You can change it here:

    By the way, the mail template I receive is identical to the one managed in “Woocommerce > Settings > E-mails” (like “New Order”, etc.) but the latter does not appear in the list! (It would have been too easy to change the recipient email like for “New order”, “Cancelled order”, “Failed order”. )

    Hi @kote38

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the recipient admin email address for those individually.

    If you tried changing the email address from Settings → Administration Email Address but it is not working as expected then please let us know.

    After several tries (by changing the addresses from the SQL database), it seems that the email containing the export link is not sent to the admin email address of the site (table ‘wp_options’) but rather to the email address of the table account (table ‘wp_users’).

    When the 2 email addresses are different, it is the one entered in ‘wp_users’ that receives the email containing the export.

    Just to clarify it a bit, are you using a plugin to export it?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status too? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi,

    So I solved the problem: my client now receives the export link in his mailbox. He had an email address “@live.fr” which was supposed to be a problem (not received in spam either) since by changing it to a “pro” address it works.

    I repeat: it is the email address indicated in the account (WordPress -> Account) of the person who receives the export email and not the General of WordPress or in the Woocommerce configurations.

    No I simply use the nativ export system from “Statistiques ==> Stock”, then I just click on “Download” button (with arrow in front of the cloud pictogram).
