• Hi,

I’m trying to make a page which looks similar to the “Snap” theme found here:
    https://snapsdemo.wordpress.com/

However, I’m having a problem with my Featured Images where they are not displaying as expected (portrait). As you can see from their example the images look as follows:
    https://ibb.co/6XX3CH7

On my site however, the images look like this:
    https://ibb.co/YfB54dd
As you can see they’ve been oddly cropped and have a strange right border on them. You’ll also notice as a test I’ve taken the exact images from the site and used those to try and get things working, but no luck.

Can anyone help me get this working as expected?

    Many Thanks

    Hi,

The theme is the one I mentioned above called Snaps which is active. This is an example from their site:
    https://snapsdemo.wordpress.com/

    My site is self-hosted hosted.

*the screenshots provided do not allow volunteers to inspect the code of your website.

Alternate Idea: start a free WordPress.com account and website, activate Snap theme, add several featured images and a few posts, contact theme specific support to ask for guidance to get the display to be ask you need it.
(I am not sure if the theme’s specific support is available for sites not built using WordPress.com) https://wordpress.com/theme/snaps/support
