Installation Help

Hello,

I am wondering if anybody could guide me through the installation of this program. I am familiar with other personal publishing programs, but can’t seem to crack this one. I am getting an error message that either my database information is wrong or my username and password are wrong, and Im not quite sure why it is telling me it is wrong,

Also should I be uploading this to my cgi-bin, and if not, where?
