PHP Code Displaying in Header After Migration

    I recently migrated my prod site over to a dev site in order to run some optimization tests, but after migration I see php displaying in the header. I tried disabling all of my plugins to see if that had any affect, but it did not help. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

    It could be that some plugin got disabled due to an error.
    Check if the code that is showing is not using short php tags (<? ?>) instead of (<?php ?>).
