Hello @slashto
I don’t seem to be seeing any issues when I visit your URL on my devices (a Motorola G8 and an old Pixel XL) however its unlikely the issue would be generated by our plugin as we simply serve Google’s CAPTVHA field and don’t create any kind of overlay
Do you see the issue when performing a particular action or on a particular device?
Also, do you see the same issue with other plugins (such as your banner plugin) disabled?
If I can see the issue ill be happy to take a closer look.
Kind regards, Daniel @ WP White Security
Hi, thanks for the reply.
Sorry, I didn’t specify what to do to replicate the problem.
Browsing from mobile on the product page. click on the orange button “RICHIEDI MAGGIORI INFORMAZIONI SU QUESTO PRODOTTO”, the contact form is placed inside the lightbox.
Thanks
Hello @slashto
I have just accessed that page via my mobile and the CAPTCHA check can be seen correctly. Here is a screenshot from my mobile phone: https://imgur.com/a/T4xejCt
As my colleague explained, we “just” load the CAPTCHA from Google and do not apply any formatting or whatsoever, so this seems to be more of a theme / css / layout issue than a CAPTCHA issue.
Please let us know if we can help you in any other way.
Hello, thanks for the reply.
Have you tried to solve the captcha?
Also on many devices it is not seen.

Hello @slashto
As can be seen from your screenshot there are clearly some issues, however they are theme / css / caching issue.
To troubleshoot this I’d suggest setting up a staging website and try changing the theme to default theme, to confirm if it is the theme. If it works fine on the default theme then the current theme need to be adjusted for this to work.
Can you please run this test and advise?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
