rollback plug-ins

Hi

We had a guy helping us with our website built in WordPress and he got ill. I noticed our event manager and wp-cycle slide show had updated versions – installed them and now our home page is out of whack and the events manager is displaying all kinds of problems.

How can I “rollback” these plugins to the previous versions?
