    Currently I have one product to sell. It is either one-time purchase, or subscription based. But: i have a problem with stock-management.

    In the settings of Woo i disabled stock-management, since we don’t have stock. We can sell a limitless ammount of subscriptions. But, someehow, if I go to the product-page and want to put a product in cart, it says: ‘this product is currently out of stock’.

    I have checked all WooCommerce settings ánd the productsettings. Even created a new product, but with zero result.

    Could someone help me fix this?

    Hello,

    I can’t seem to find the add to cart button on the page you’ve shared, but could you first check if the stock status of that product is set to “in stock?”

    If it still shows the out of stock message, you’ll want to run a full conflict test to determine if the issue is coming from a plugin/theme conflict. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see if the issue has been resolved

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thank you for your advice.

    The product is set in stock. Tried 3 options:
    – Put stock on +200 –> didn’t help
    – Selected ‘order with no stock’ –> didn’t help
    – Disabled stock-management at all –> didn’t help.

    So the product itself is in stock…

    I have tried to switch the theme to Storefront. Downloaded the .zip and tried to import it in themes. Sadly it notices: ‘invalid file’.

    I did disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. That didn’t resolve the issue.

    Do you have other possibilities for me? 🙂

    In the meanwhile i have changed to various themes, but none fixed the issue.

    I got this gut-feeling that it has to do with the settings somehow. But i have no clue which one. All obvious settings are checked and fixed.

    For better assistance, please share your WooCommerce error logs and System Status on this thread so we can take a look at your configuration and check the issue further:

    System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).`

    Thank you for sharing the system status. Could you also check if variations have prices? It looks like this is a variable product. If variations don’t have price set, it will also show out of stock on the frontend:
