It’s possible to change that text by going to Customizer -> Frontpage Sections -> Contact -> Contact Content -> Edit, as you can see here. Then simply publish the page and the new text should appear in the Contact section.

Kindly try typing some text on the editor and see if that appears on the Contact section.
This section should allow you to enter your contact details.

I tested the same section on my end and it is working as expected. This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. Kindly deactivate all plugins and try again typing something on the editor of the Contact section and see if it works.
If it does, then one of your plugins is causing the issue. Activate one by one to determine which plugin is it.
If the issue is the same even after deactivating the plugins, please check the version of Hestia, PHP and WordPress you are using.
Please do backup your site before making these changes for security purposes.
