I’m creating a calculator and i’m struggling to remove unwanted elements. I only have two options – edit and duplicate – and dragging the element (say, checkbox area) does not work in any way. Do I really need to create a new calculator? Or is deleting a feature in the pro version only? Many thanks for your help!

    Hello @propiwpform

    Thank you for reaching out!

You can remove unwanted fields from your calculator in the free version as well. There is an icon of which helps to remove the file (Screenshot).

    Kind regards

If it was so simple, I would have figured it out 😉
Again, my version only has two buttons – Edit and Duplicate. See Screenshot for reference.

Kindly make sure that you are using the latest version of the Cost Calculator plugin. We didn’t detect any restriction on our testing environment with the latest version of the plugin. The latest version of the plugin is 2.2.8. If there will be restriction even with the latest version, we recommend you to check by deactivating your site extra and caching plugins

    Cheers

I am at version 2.2.8 and unfortunately deactivating my cache plugins does not change a thing :/

    Hello @propiwpform

To find the root of the problem, please disable third-party plugins and activate the
default theme of WordPress (for example, Twenty Twenty-One). This will help you to understand what exactly is causing the problem.

By clearing the cache try to edit the calculator once more. Let me know if it was helpful.

    Kind regards
