    Dear all,

not sure why the ordering of the events is not working for some events, e.g. I have an event at 4 oclock (16:00) and one at 5.30 oclock (17:30) but the one at 11.30 oclock should be listed before the 4 oclock event, see here.

    I´m using the duplicate option.

    Many thanks in advance
    Torsten

Also, would it be possible to hide events from the calendar when fully booked?

The sort sequence I will look at, but is related to ‘publish time’ generated when you duplicated.

You can manually fix this by adjusting the publish date / time so it is in the correct sequence.

Currently you can only hide the registration form if fully booked, not the whole event.

    Hi Alan,

many thanks for your fast respsonse, I´ve changed the “publish time” now for the events (19th of January) but the order is still messed up. I´ve noticed that it´s only a problem with the 11.30 dates o´clock arrangements.

Is there a workaround for hiding the fully booked events? E.g. mark them in another color?

    Best regards
    Torsten

I’ll try and replicate the 11:30 issue in test and report back.

Unfortunately there is not any classes added based on fully booked, I do that with my other Eventbrite plugin, but this will require coding. That won’t happen on the free version for a while as I have lots of other requests prioritised on the pro version ( as I hope you appreciate the pro version pays the bills the free one is entirely voluntary )

OK I can see what you are doing.

You are putting some start times NOT in the ‘correct’ format.

    E.g. Beginn: 10

and some in the correct format

    Beginn: 11:30

It does warn under start time

Start times in the format 8.23 am/pm, 8.23, 8:23 and 08:23 will be used to order events by time and date. All other formats will display but won’t contribute to the event ordering.

Perhaps that string is not translated?

Thanks for the hints, Alan. The ordering is now correct.
And I´ve found a solution now for displaying the events list correctly, see here.
I´ve simply changed the text for “places” to “Fully booked” and I´m not displaying the available places anymore.
Thanks again for your help 🙂
    Best regards

Thanks for your feedback, I have added some ideas to the project backlog around improving fully booked event display.
