Manually approve credit transactions

    I only accept P2P payments such as cash app/venmo/zelle. Is there a way when a user adds a balance that it has to be manually approved by admin before balance is added?

    As there’s no API connection for cash app/venmo on woocommerce to auto verify payments so I have to do it myself manually.
