    Hi all,

    I’m having issues logging into the back end of my website through WordPress. Whenever I do so, I’m getting the following message:

    “There has been a critical error on this website.

    Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

    I’ve tried searching through the forums but its all a bit over my head and am really hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I literally am hopeless when it comes to technology.

    I’m genuinely sorry if the steps to solve this have already been posted – I’ve tried going through the topics in the forum including the Master List, but I feel significantly out of my depth with some of the content.

    Do you have access to the PHP errors log? Did you do any modification before this happened?

    I am having the same problem. I am trying to launch my website and I keep getting a “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions” message. I am using Bravada theme and everything seems to be working, but I can’t launch my website because of an issue that I can not identify. Hw can I trouble shoot a problem if I don’t know what it is? Is there an actual human that can offer support? Please someone help.

    No I have not been able to launch my site. I am still getting the same critical error! Now my portfolio page is not working either, whereas it was before. Sigh! I tried converting my media with the cache converter but for some reason it is now not working with the meta slider plugin that i used.

    Is there anybody that can help me? I can not launch my website due to a critical error message that I am receiving to which it is telling me to wait for a message with instructions.

    Can some one please help me with this problem? I have no idea why this is showing up as a critical error.

    Eliminated unused plugins check
    Addressed problem plugin Check
    Eliminated Jet Pack Check
    Eliminated unused themes check
    Site health is good Check
    Switched themes Check (that didn’t work either)

    Still can not launch my website! 3 days I have been trying, trouble shoot everything and still getting a critical error. What a headache!

    Update!

    Finally got help from my host provider and the problem was solved! Woohoo!
    Website is officially live! Thank God!
