Anti-Spam Denials

Hello,

I’m not sure what setting is set that is so quick to deny legitimate users trying to register to my website, but I’ve had to go in many times now and whitelist user after user so they could register.
Any idea on what is going on so i don’t have so many people contacting me saying they are getting ***Forbidden. Username seems to be a spammer.***?
